i loved your video! it is all very true. i have really been working on finding the root of my trouble because before i would find myself lashing out about irrational bs. i would then feel like shit because i was a bitch and had to aplogize and in the long run the root of the problem still was not resolved. it has taken large efforts for me to do this. i am recently discovering my voice as i am an admitted co-dependent. i like journal first before i approach situations because i find it grounds me more.

i look forward to all of you cool stuff and thanks for making an impact!
    peace love and light!

Hey, Miranda! Thanks so much for leaving a comment about your journey with anger. It’s a tricky thing sometimes. I LOVE your idea of journaling about it first prior to expressing it. So often we express ourselves out of our immediate emotion which often portrays our message in a totally unproductive light and we end up being upset with ourselves and how we have “shown up”. So glad to have you hanging out with me and much more to come! Have a great one! xo

Hey Amy, I just found your website and loving’ it! You rock and an inspiration. I am your shoe girl,!!! that is so me and I keep it bottled up and then I will lash out in other ways toward him. Thanks for the insight to go deeper, I will try the nicer less bitchy route with my hubby soon :)

Hey, Jenn! Thanks so much for stopping by and saying such kind things about my site! So glad you dig it! It’s so funny… I have been using that shoe example for years and it was never an issue with my hubbs, but for some reason, it stuck! So glad you could find some tid bits of learning in this video! Almost always there’s a deeper meaning, so it’s up to us to do the internal work and feel out what we really need. Hope to see you ’round these parts in the future! xo
