How much do I LOVE you Amy!!! I so needed this espically with what’s been going on lately and my bitchy little Gremlin has been creating chaos in my head! Ive been feeling very less than. All my ok that’s a lie a lot of my friends are in relationships now and im still here single and i start feeling whats wrong with me. Im too Extroverted im too this im too that! Ya know what I mean. So i begin to down play who i really am and lose some of my power and losing the man that I have become. I have to constanly remind myself that I’m an amazing man with so many things going for me and I refuse to settle to have a lack luster experience of love. I deserve Big, crazy, amazing, Love and that;s hard for me to grab ahold of sometime czu my gremiln tells me. No one wants someone who’s in recovery, typical la gay men dont like black guys, im not as pretty as him or blah blah blah you get the point. Just realizing that I can focus on what is an take that to a place of empowerment is amazing!! My sponsor has told me that before but i can be a bit. Thank you so much! <3 you Ames

If it’s not perfect, it’ll be a disaster. I apply this to most creative things I do, and it’s so exhausting! I will work on getting to neutral on it, great tip. Thanks Amy x
